  FCC §25.222 defines the provistons for blanket llcensmg of ESV antennas operationin the Ku—band. It defines the
  antennas radiation, and each artlcle regulates the followings;

 and declares that v240C is in accordance with all defined regulations from §25.222(a)(1)(i)(B) to §25.222(a)(1)(i)(C) at

 Intellian Technologies, Inc. declares that the above anterinas will automatically cease the transmission with a mute
 command to the modem within 100 milliseconds if the target satellite and the axis of the main lobe of the ESVantenna
 exceeds 0.5 degree and will not resume until such angle is less than or equal to 0.2 degree in accordance with the
 requ1rements of §25,222 (a)(l)(m)
