Squire Sanders (US) LLP March 22, 2013 Anik F1 satellite co-located at 107.3° W.L. and authorized to serve the U.S. market.3 Panasonic hereby confirms that Anik F1 is the proposed satellite point of communication and respectfully requests that references to Anik F1R be disregarded. Because the substantive portions of the application refer uniformly to the Anik F1 satellite, this clarification should have no impact on the processing of Panasonic’s pending application.
