MSV has previously opposed similar applications seeking access to Inmarsat satellites. Mobile Satellite Ventures LP, Mobile Satellite Ventures (Canada) Inc., and Inmarsat Global Limited (“Inmarsat”), however, recently entered into a long- term coordination agreement that includes operation of the parties’ current and next- generation satellites in North America. Pursuant to that agreement, and subject to it being accepted by the relevant Administrations (United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom), MSV supports the grant of the Application.
