Exhibit A Reponses to Form 312 Question 24 Intelsat License LLC is requesting authority for a 11.1 meter antenna in Napa, CA that will be used for a Wide Area Augmentation System (“WAAS”) in extended C-band (transmit) and L- band (receive). The specific bands used in L-band are: 1164-1215 MHz and 1559-1610 MHz.
