WAIVER REQUEST SECTION D Pursuant to FCC Rule Part 25.112(b)(1) a waiver is requested for a very close to completion site, but not yet constructed. The dishes and equipment are onsite, however the building permit from the City of Portland, OR is in process. A Waiver of the Public Notice DA 18-398 dated April 19, 2018 is specifically requested. This Public Notice States as one requirement for the 90 day filing window “that earth stations must be operational as of the release date of this notice”. We respectfully request a waiver of this requirement as this Receive Only Site will become active any day now. The holdup is a permit from the City of Portland and having the FCC issue approval would greatly speed things up.
