Change the MBTT-Ka Frequency Receive band from 19200-20200 MHz to 19700-20200 in Block E50 Change the MBTT-Ka Frequency limit from 19200-30000 MHz to 19700-30000 MHz in Block 52/53 This change is required so the MBTT will comply with Footnote NG166: NG166 The use of the band 19.3-19.7 GHz by the fixed-satellite service (space-to-Earth) is limited to feeder links for the mobile-satellite service.
