Paul‐

As we discussed yesterday, below is a request regarding E150071’s construction period. Please let me know if you need
anything further, or the request in a different format.

Re: SES‐LIC‐20150501‐00284; Riverside, California Earth Station E150071

Intelsat herein seeks determination by the FCC, per Section 25.133 of the Commission’s rules, that the period of
construction for Intelsat’s Riverside, California Earth Station E150071 be extended from 12 months to 18 months. The
current period of construction will end on June 10, 2016, and Intelsat is seeking an extension until November 10, 2016.

The antenna is currently being constructed; however, because of the unusually lengthy permit process in Riverside
County, Intelsat was unable to start construction until recently. This unexpected delay in the start of construction has
delayed the construction completion date. Intelsat expects the Earth Station to be constructed and brought into
operation by November 10, 2016, and will file a notification as required by Section 25.133(b).

Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
