("HBO LAP"), we provide the following update regarding the construction of earth station facilities associated with FCC File No. SES—LIC—20141022—008 1 1, call sign E140108, and FCC File No. SES—LIC—20150325— 00179, call sign E150025. As we noted in our letters dated November 12, 201 5, March 14, 2016, May 3, 2016, June 6, 2016, and July 20, 2016, HBO LAP completed construction of the earth stations with call signs E140108 and E150025 as of November 3, 2015 and April 28, 2016, respectively. However because of ongoing building and other construction at HBO LAP‘s new uplink facility, the stations were not in permanent operation. HBO LAP has now finalized the construction project and the stations were placed in permanent operation as of September 28, 2016. Please address any questions to the undersigned.
