Hughes Network Systems, LLC FCC Form 312 Exhibit G April 2014 EUTELSAT Declaration Page 1 of 2 OFFICER‘S DECLARATION ON BEHALF OF EUTELSAT I, Eloi Flavio Stivalletti, hereby declare that the following statements are true, complete and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief, and are made in goodfaith: 1 I am Officer of EUTELSAT Do BRASIL. ("EUTELSAT"), which is authorized by the Agéncia Nacional de Telecomunicagoes of Brazil to launch and operate a hybrid C—band, Ku—band and Ka—band satellite at the 63° W.L. orbital location. EUTELSAT has dubbed this satellite EUTELSAT 65 West A ("E65SWA"). 2. Hughes Network Systems, LLC ("Hughes") has entered into a lease agreement with EUTELSAT covering a portion of the Ka—band space segment to be included on the E6SWA satellite. 3. The C—, Ku— and Ka—band payloads to be included on E6SWA that are not leased to Hughes will be launched pursuant to the B—SAT—R and B—SAT—IR—1 registrations submitted by Brazil to the Radiocommunication Bureau of the International Telecommunication Union. 4. In my capacity as an officer of EUTELSAT, I have reviewed the forgoing gateway Earth station application ("Application") to be filed with the Federal Communications Commission ("FCC") by Hughes to seek authorization to operate three Ka—band gateway earth stations in the United States for provision of communications links with the transponders that Hughes has leased on the EGSWA satellite. + The technical information conceing the E6SWA satellite‘s design and operational characteristics that is included in the Application Narrative; FCC Form 312,

The description contained in Section IV.A of the Application Narrative and in Section A.10 of the Technical Attachment fully and accurately describes the design and operational strategies EUTELSAT will use to mitigate orbital debris and achieve safe post—mission disposalof the EGS WA satellite at the end of its usefullife.
