("Young"), pursuant to the Commission‘s grant dated November 26, 2013, in File No. SES—LIC—20130926—00843, has been completed, and operation of the facility commenced on December 2, 2013. Pursuant to Condition 2938 of the license, Young has authorized the undersigned to represent that Young‘s operation of the earth station will be in conformance with the licensed parameters, the earth station will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation, and the antenna has been previously tested and certified by the manufacturer to be within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Rule Section 25.209.
