Frequency Coordination Statement for C‐Band Operation The applicant, Sistema Universitario Ana G. Mendez (Mendez), is aware of the frequency coordination obligations specified in Part 25.277 of the Commission's Rules when proposing to operate a C‐Band facility (transit frequency band 5925‐6425 MHz). Given the intermittent nature of operation of temporary fixed earth stations, Mendez does not yet know the location for its initial transmission. Therefore, Mendez is submitting this application without a prior coordination report but, pursuant to Part 25.277(f)(2) of the Commission's Rules, Mendez acknowledges its coordination responsibilities. Mendez has reviewed the FCC ULS database for terrestrial fixed links operating in the 5925‐6425 MHz band in Puerto Rico and it has identified 132 authorizations. Mendez will undertake the necessary coordination notices to ensure that co‐primary terrestrial services are not adversely affected by the intermittent operation of its temporary fixed earth station.
