CERTIFICATION OF CONSTRUCTION prepared for KY3, Inc. KYTV(DT) Springfield, Missouri Facility ID 36003 Earth Station Call Sign E130090 KY3, Inc. (“KY3”) is the licensee of Earth station E130090.1 The following document certifies the timely construction and operation of this facility. According to the licensee, Earth station E130090 was constructed as authorized and became operational on July 22, 2013, well before the required completion date of July 1, 2014. Should the station cease regular operation before the license period, KY3 will submit the license for cancellation. The Earth station antenna has been tested and the pattern complies with the technical requirements specified in §25.209 of the FCC Rules. To prevent human exposure to radiofrequencies in excess of the FCC's guidelines, the Earth station transmitter will be turned off during antenna maintenance. Appropriate measures will be taken during operation of the transmitter to restrict human access to regions that may exceed the FCC's guidelines regarding radiofrequency exposure. 1 See file number SES-LIC-20130513-00381, which was granted July 1, 2013.
