 Dear Ms. Dortch:

       This letter is to notify the Commission that construction relating to Earth Station
 E130050, licensed to Hearst Stations Inc. (‘Hearst"), pursuant to the Commission‘s grant dated
 May 9, 2013, in File No. SES—LIC—20130314—00250, has been completed, and operation of the
 facility commenced on August 7, 2013.

        Pursuant to Condition 2938 of the license, Hearst bhas authorized the undersigned to
 represent that Hearst‘s operation of the earth station will be in conformance with the licensed
 parameters, the earth station will remain operational during the license period unless the license
 is submitted for cancellation, and the antenna has been previously tested and certified by the
 manufacturer to be within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Rule Section 25.209.

         If any questions should arise during the course of your consideration of this notification,
