Annual Ka—Band Earth Station Report (Call Signs £100143, £050033, £120071, £120026, E£120092, E120227, E120075 Dear Ms. Dortch: ViaSat, Inc. submits this annual report in accordance with Section 25.145(f)(2) of the Commission‘s rules regarding the number of earth stations brought into service under ViaSat‘s blanket licensing authority in the Ka band. 47 C.F.R. § 25.145(f)(2). As of December 31, 2013, ViaSat had deployed approximately (a) 115,091 earth station terminals in connection with its legacy broadband service under Call Sign EO50033, and (b) 525,253 earth station terminals in connection with its current—generation broadband service under the other call signs referenced above.
