TELEBEEPER OF NEW MEXICO, INC. FCC FORM 312 ATTACHMENT 2 Request for Waiver TeleBEEPER of New Mexico, Inc. (“TeleBEEPER” or “Applicant”) respectfully requests a waiver of the requirement to submit a radiation hazard study, to the extent necessary. The grounds for this request are stated in Attachment 1, which is provided in response to Item 28 of this FCC Form 312 application. For the reasons stated in Attachment 1, TeleBEEPER respectfully submits that the inclusion of a new radiation hazard study with this application is not necessary to ensure that human exposure to RF is limited as contemplated by the Commission’s rules and policies. TeleBEEPER therefore respectfully requests that the Commission waive the requirement to include such a study.
