The current construction deadline is May 5, 2010, however due to unforeseen construction delays Meredith has been unable to proceed with construction ofthe Station. Consequently, Meredith respectfully requests the Commission to grant an additional six (6) months, to November 5, 2010, in which to have the Station constructed and operational.
