               Satellite Earth Station EQO80223, File No. SES—LIC—20081013—01321

Dear Ms. Dortch:

The MLB Network, LLC ("The MLB Network") is the licensee of Transmit/Receive
Satellite Earth Station EO80223, File No. SES—LIC—20081013—01321, which was
granted November 25, 2008 (the "Station"). Pursuant to Section 25.133(b)(1) of the
Commission‘s rules and Condition 2938 on the ficense for the Station, 1 hereby certify
that the Station has been completed as authorized and that each antenna facility has
been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209 of the
Commission‘s rules. The antenna specifications are attached hereto. The Station
became operational on October 31, 2008 pursuant to special temporary authority
granted on October 17, 2008 (File No. SES—STA— 20081007—01299) and wili remain
operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation.
