("NAMB") hereby submits the following information and certifications regarding earth station E6420 (the "Station"). On October 22, 2007, the Federal Communications Commission ("Commission") granted NAMB‘s application for a new license to continue to operate the Station. NAMB has been operating the Station for a number of years, most recently under a grant of Special Temporary Authority from the Commission. Application File Number: SES—LIC—20070917—01284 Call Sign: E6420 Date of License: October 22, 2007 Certification of Completion of Construction: NAMB hereby certifies that the facility as authorized has been completed and that each antenna facility has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in 47 C.F.R. § 25.209.
