This application is for a Temporary Fixed Earth Station, not a Mobile Earth Station. 2. The band being received is 11.7 - 12.2 GHz. 3. The points of communication is ALSAT (all U.S. Domestically licensed satellites). If I can answer any other inconsistencies, you know how to reach me.
