Specifically, the orbital locations for the EchoStar 5 and EchoStar 6 satellites were inadvertently reversed in the application. The application should request authority to communicate with EchoStar 5 at the 119° W.L. orbital location and EchoStar 6 at the 110° W.L. orbital location (not viee versa as inadvertently stated). The correct location of the two satellites is information of record with the Commission. We would greatly appreciate your revising the points of communication in the above captioned application to reflect the correct orbital locations for the EchoStar 5 and EchoStar 6 satellites.
