OK, once again I thank you for your incredible patience on what has turned out to be a difficult
application for me as a complete non-engineer. I have been pushing the engineers and they
have finally told me that they believe the proper emission designator to be 15M0G7W. If this too
turns out to be incorrect, please let me know and I will make immediate use of an outside expert
to get this resolved. Thanks.

Eleanor I apologize for the delay but I am trying to find the information you requested as
quickly as possible. I have checked with the antenna manufacturers and I believe these are the
correct gain measurements.

Size 2.4 m Gain: TX: 14.250 = 48.8 dBi, RX: 11.950 = 47.4 dBi
1.8 VSAT Gain: TX: 14.125 = 47 dBi, RX: 11.725 = 45.3 dBi
2.4 VSAT Gain: TX 14.125 = 49.6 dBi, RX: 11.725 = 48 dBi

I still keep trying to find out the proper emission designator with Vipersat, but they have
not yet gotten back to me, so as soon as I receive it and I will send it to you as soon as possible.
Thank you.

Thank you for responding back to me so quickly, but Your Emission Designator is still
incorrect see Part 2.201, Subpart C in the 47CFR of the Commission's Rules book, and also
after reviewing of your application further on the Antenna Gain Receiving Band GHz for the Hub

and 2 Remote the Ku-band is 14GHz / 12GHz, and the ones you have in your application filing is
not acceptable for the Ku-band Receive GHz. Please respond as soon as possible by August 20,
2004 on these matters so that I can process your application for Public notice or your application
will be returned. And I will accept this time the e-mail request information.

Thank You
Eleanor Lott

Eleanor, thank you for your call last week concerning the VSAT application filed by Equity
Broadcasting on July 20, 2004 (SES-LIC-INTR2004-01438). In response to your
questions, here are my updated answers:

               1. Questions 30-33, each should be answered NO.

               2. For purposes of the Range of Satellite Arc, the Western limit is 140W, and the
Eastern limit is 65W, not 65 E as initially listed.

               3. The emission designator for each should be 6M1G1D.

If these changes are acceptable, let me know if I should file a formal amendment to the
pending application, or if you will input from there. Thanks!
