We request that this exhibit replace the existing Exhibit A that was originally submitted with the application. There were some administrative errors on the original document. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience. I will ensure that future applications are more thoroughly reviewed prior to submission. I realize that there are currently other administrative errors on our FCC form 312 which is under review. Unfortunately, I will not be able to make those corrections until Wednesday, 11 Aug 2004. As I stated in our telephone conversation earlier today, the engineer who completed and submitted this current application, no longer works for Raytheon. We are struggling to overcome some of the transitional issues that have arisen from his departure. I will continue to sift through his paperwork to resolve this matter as soon as possible. I expect to submit the remainder of the information to you by tomorrow. Again, I appreciate your patience, and help, with this matter.
