In other words, I screwed up. The latitude coordinates are correct , but the longitude coordinates are not. The coordinates should be entered as follows: Lat. 39, 6, 0 Long. 76, 46, 0 I apologize for the error. I'll try not to let it happen again. File No. SES-LIC-20040427-00593 It appears that the Latitude and Longitude were entered in the incorrect format. The correct coordinates should read 390600.0 N and 0764600.0 W. File No. SES-LIC-20040427-00594 The satellite look angles were incorrect. The correct look angles are 10.4 Elev (East), 10.4 Elev (West), 103.0 Azim (East), and 103.0 Azim W. File No. SES-LIC-20040428-00601 It appears that we inadvertently provided the incorrect operational frequency ranges. The system will only operate in the Standard C-band frequency ranges which are 5.925 MHz to 6.425 MHz. My apologies for the errors and the inconvenience. Please let me know if you have any questions or need any additional information.
