The applicant and the Department of Justice, including the FBI, and Department of Homeland Security, have nearly completed negotiation of an agreement to address certain concerns. Currently we are waiting for a signed document to be returned from counsel for the applicant, Joseph Godles, and we request an additional 14 days in which we anticipate completing matters.
