This letter is to request that the Commission continue to defer action with respect to this application for the reasons stated in our “Unopposed Petition to Defer of Executive Branch Agencies” dated April 5,2004. The applicant and the Executive Branch Agencies (FBI, Department of Justice and Department of Homeland Security), are continuing to negotiate on an agreement to address certain concerns, but such negotiations have not yet reached a conclusion. We continue to anticipate that a conclusion can be reached shortly, and request the Commission to defer action for an additional 30 days.
