Due to the continuing nature of the application process and the operation of the facilities under Special Temporary Authority, we are also submitting a request for Special Temporary Authority in accordance with the supplement. The current applications requests authority for IEC to operate two ESVs and five temporary fixed VSAT sites. IEC requests authority to operate two (2) additional temporary fixed VSAT sites and one (1) quick deploy VSAT. The request revises the total number of VSAT locations operated by IEC. 1.
