C. 20554 To Whom It May Concern: This letter is in reference to a call sign(— EQO10247 —Awhich is supposedly assigned to our school district. Please be informed that we have no such c n. We do not operate anything that would require a call sign. We have no idea what this call sign is attached to. I have made numerous inquiries regarding this as I received a bill for the "UNKNOWN" service dated May 12, 2005. 1 called 1—877—480—3201 and spoke with Judith Haley. I requested in writing an investigation and sent the request via e—mail to Judith on 6/7/05. I received no reply or further information until today. A call was received and sent to our technology specialist, Soren Stoutner. He was told that we needed to write another letter — which I am doing. Please follow through on this letter. Again — let me state we have no call number. I was told by Judith that the registration was for ar@fti Station, kegistration of a hub station. We have no satellite. Our school and district is only 4 years old. ,B-i; our first year of operation — August 2001 — August 2002, we leased Internet Access through a corporation called Foundations Communications. We did not own any of the equipment, but paid a monthly bill. This company did install a satellite— but we did not own it. You probably need to contact them regarding this call sign.
