Re: WB Holdings 1 LLC—update of the International Bureau‘s Filing System to
reflect the prior voluntary relinquishment of WB Holdings‘ licensefor
satellite earth station call sign EO10158, File No. SES—LIC—20010518—01032

     Dear Ms. Dortch:

WB Holdings 1 LLC ("WB Holdings"), a wholly owned subsidiary of WildBlue
Communications, Inc. ("WildBlue"), hereby requests that the Commission update the
International Bureau Filing System ("IBFS") to reflect WB Holdings‘ voluntarily
relinquishment of the license it previously held for call sign E010158, File No. SES—LIC—
     20010518—01032.

Although WB Holdings has already voluntarily relingquished its license for call
sign EQO10158, the IBFS indicates that WB Holdings still holds an active license for this
call sign. WB Holdings currently holds active licenses for only four gateway earth
stations, call signs EQO10151, EQO10153, EO10155, and EQO40213.‘ WB Holdings had
previously been licensed for seven other gateway earth stations. It voluntarily
relinquished six of those licenses on March 13, 2003, call signs EO10152, EO10154,
E010156, EO10157, E0O10158, and E0O10159," and voluntarily relinquished its license for
the seventh, call sign EO10150, on September 5, 2003."

     ‘ See IBFS File Nos. SES—MOD—20040310—00351 (E010151); SES—MOD—20040310—
          00352 (E010153); SES—MOD—20040310—00353 (E010155); SES—MOD—20040504—
          00638 (EQ40213).
     * See IBFS File Nos. SES—MOD—20030313—00388 to 00391.
‘ See letter from David M. Brown, Vice President of WildBlue, to Marlene H. Dortch,
Secretary, FCC (file stamped Sep. 5, 2003) (filed in IBFS File No. SES—MOD—
          20030313—00388).
