Re: WB Holdings 1 LLC—update of the International Bureau‘s Filing System to
reflect the prior voluntary relinquishment of WB Holdings‘ licensefor
satellite earth station call sign EQO10154, File No. SES—LIC—20010518—01028

      Dear Ms. Dortch:

WB Holdings 1 LLC ("WB Holdings"), a wholly owned subsidiary of WildBlue
Communications, Inc. ("WildBlue"), hereby requests that the Commussion update the
International Bureau Filing System ("IBFS") to reflect WB Holdings‘ voluntarily

Although WB Holdings has already voluntarily relinguished its license for call

previously been licensed for seven other gateway earth stations. It voluntarily
relinguished six of those licenses on March 13, 2003, call signs E0O10152, E0101 54,
E010156, E010157, E010158, and EO10159," and voluntarily relingquished its license for
the seventh, call sign E010150, on September 5, 2003."
