File No. SES—LFS—20090130—00106 Dear Ms. Dortch: Pursuant to Section 1.65 of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.65, EchoStar Satellite Operating LL.C. ("DISH") submits the following updated information for inclusion in the above referenced application file. The application requests authority to provide service from the EchoStar1 satellite operating at 77.15° W.L. under Mexican authority. At the time this application was filed, DISH anticipated that the EchoStar 1 satellite would be available for relocation by April 15, 2009, and would reach 77.15° W.L. on or around May 22, 2009. DISH nowexpects that the EchoStar 1 satellite will begin relocating to 77.15° W.L. on or around June 7, 2009, after the EchoStar 5 satellite arrives at 148° W.L and traffic is transferred.
