MSV‘s Pori ats arguments to which Inmarsat has fullyresponded in dozens ofpleadings submittcd in Bnalogous contexts. MSV even attaches as Exhibit B to ts Petition a letter request for enditfons that MSV already filed in this very proceeding, and to which Inmarsat, T&T Airtimg others responded earlier this month in a Joint Reply.
