Inthe context of this discussion, Mr.Sukawaty explained the benefitsthat Inmarsat‘s new Broadband Global Area Network (BGAN) service would have for usersin the United States,and urged that the pending application for authorty to provide BGAN service be approved expeditiously. He noted that tissues that had been raised by MSV relating to disputed spectrum in the L.
