VideoLink LLC FCC Form 312 Schedule A, Question A21, Exhibit F This application seeks FCC consent to the assignment of a non-common carrier earth station with call sign E020132 (the “Earth Station”) held by Old VFOTS LLC (“Assignor”) to VideoLink LLC (“Assignee”), a Delaware limited liability company (the “Transaction”), as described in Exhibit E. The Earth Station is used in connection with the video content production and distribution operations of Assignee which until recently was an affiliate of Assignor. The Earth Station is being assigned from Assignor to Assignee in connection with the recent acquisition of Assignee by AVI-SPL, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Assignee will use the Earth Station in the same manner and for the same purpose as before the proposed assignment. Accordingly, grant of this application would serve the public interest by enabling Assignee to continue to deliver video content to its clients and customers following its acquisition.
