The actual consummation of voluntary transactions shall be completed within 180 days from the date hereof, and notice in letter form thereof shall promptly be furnished the Commission bythe buyer showing the date the acts necessaryto effect the transaction were completed. FCC Form 312 Description of Transaction This filing is to notify the FCC of the proforma assignment of the receive—only earth station authorization (the "Authorization") that is the subject of this application from CBS Communications Services Inc. to CBS Radio Inc. of Maryland as part of an internal corporate restructuring. Both the assignor and the assignee are subsidiaries of CBS Corporation. The proforma assignment was consummated on September 30, 2016. As demonstrated in the charts below, both before and after the consummation of the proposed transaction, CBS Corporation will continue to control the Authorization.
