FCC FORM 312 EXHIBIT F PUBLIC INTEREST STATEMENT This application proposes the assignment of earth stations E060145, E050341, E080094 and E080093 from KLAS, LLC (“KLAS”) to Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc. (“Nexstar”). These earth stations are used in association with television broadcast station KLAS-TV, Las Vegas, Nevada. KLAS and Nexstar are submitting an application on Form 314 for consent to the assignment of KLAS-TV’s license to Nexstar contemporaneously with this application. Grant of this application will serve the public interest by allowing the facilities to continue to provide important news and other events to the public.
