The Assignee is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Assignor. The Earth Stations are used in the operations of the commonly owned and operated television station KATV(TV) (the “TV Station”), which serves the community of Little Rock, Arkansas. The Assignor and Assignee are concurrently filing a Media Bureau pro forma assignment of license application, on FCC Form 316, seeking consent to the pro forma assignment of the TV Station license. Accordingly, the public interest would be served by consent to the instant application.
