FCC Form 312 Pending Application The assignor is an indirect subsidiary of LIN Media LLC (“LIN”). LIN has entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger with Media General, Inc. (“Media General”) which will combine the operations of the LIN and Media General broadcast television stations and the earth station facilities used with them (the “Merger Transaction”). In connection with that Merger Transaction, applications are pending before the Commission seeking consent to the transfer of control of the Media General and LIN stations to Post-Merger Shareholders of Media General, Inc., including an application for transmit earth station E100072 in FCC File No. SES-T/C- 20140512-00359. At this time, LIN and Media General are filing additional applications with the Commission’s Media Bureau which represent a combination of (i) required divestitures by (post- merger) Media General in certain television markets in which the combined company would exceed the broadcast ownership limits, (ii) sales of additional stations to the divestiture station buyers that are not legally required for the Merger Transaction, but which are part of the divestiture transactions, and (iii) purchases by (post-merger) Media General of stations from divestiture station buyers to accomplish like-kind station “swaps” for stations being divested by (post-merger) Media General.1 The assignment of license of E100072 is in furtherance of the required divestiture of a broadcast television station in the Mobile, AL – Pensacola, FL television market. Because this divestiture is contingent upon the grant of the Merger Transaction applications and their consummation, it is respectfully requested that the instant application be processed simultaneously with the application in FCC File No. SES-T/C-20140512-00359. 1 To facilitate like-kind exchanges for tax purposes, the transactions are proposed to be consummated by the named entities as controlled by post-merger Media General, requiring the individual transactions to be contingent upon the prior closing of the Merger Transaction. 109968921v1

EXHIBIT F This application seeks FCC consent to the assignment of license of the earth station license(s) identified at Item A8 of FCC Form 312 Schedule A (the “Earth Station”), from LIN of Alabama, LLC to Meredith Corporation (the “Assignee”). The Earth Station is used in connection with the broadcast operations of a commonly owned television station, for news gathering and coverage of events of interest to the station’s local community. The Assignee will continue to use the Earth Station in the same manner and for the same purpose as before the assignment of license. Accordingly, grant of this FCC Form 312 would serve the public interest. 108184944 v1
