(“DBSD”) hereby request an additional 60 days to consummate the transfers of control and assignments in the above- referenced proceedings that the Commission approved on June 17, 2014.2 There is good cause for the requested extension. DISH and its subsidiaries, including DBSD, have been working diligently to complete the pro forma reorganization described in the applications. But DISH and its subsidiaries need additional time to complete the multi-tiered reorganization. The extension will permit achievement of the efficiencies and other public benefits described in the above-captioned applications.
