Sander Operating Co. IV LLC d/b/a KMOV Television FCC Form 312 June 2013 Ex. F The instant application is one of several concurrently filed applications seeking Commission consent to the assignment of the licenses of six full-power commercial television stations, including KMOV(TV), St. Louis, Missouri, 14 digital television translator stations, one digital low power television station, and related auxiliary and other facilities, from entities ultimately controlled by Belo Corp. to entities ultimately controlled by Sander Media LLC. This application seeks Commission consent to the assignment of transmit only earth station, E900071 (the “Station”), from KMOV-TV, Inc. to Sander Operating Co. IV LLC d/b/a KMOV Television. The Station will be used in connection with the operations of KMOV(TV), which serves the viewing population of St. Louis, Missouri. Accordingly, the public interest would be served by consent to the instant application.
