Because the after-the- fact notice did not specify the date of the transaction, the licensee name was not updated; and we were instructed to submit a consummation letter. This letter confirms that the pro forma transaction occurred November 30, 2011. In order that the IBFS system would accept this letter, however, today’s date was entered as the consummation date.
