Dear Ms. Dortch:

On behalf of WWMT Licensee, LLC (“Licensee”), this letter serves as notice
that the above referenced assignment of earth station license transactions were
consummated on April 1, 2012. The assignment transaction included numerous
applications filed with the Media, Wireless and International Bureaus. The
International Bureau consent to the assignment applications occurred on January 19,
2012. However, the Media and Wireless Bureau consents were not issued until
March 13, 2012 and March 16, 2012, respectively. Consequently, the transaction was
consummated more than thirty days after the International Bureau’s consent. As a
result, the Licensee was unable to electronically submit the consummation notices for
the above referenced applications through IBFS. Pursuant to a conversation with the
FCC staff, the consummation notice is being filed via the IBFS Non-docketed
Pleading filing system.

Please direct any communications regarding this matter to the undersigned.

                                                        Respectfully submitted,
                                                        ______/s/______________
                                                        Christine A. Reilly, Esq.
