(“Digital Generation”), formerly DG FastChannel, Inc.,1 hereby notifies the Commission of the consummation of the above-referenced pro forma assignment of the earth station license, Call Sign E980336, from Pathfire, Inc. (“Pathfire”) to Digital Generation. The Commission granted consent to this license assignment on December 12, 2011.2 The transaction was consummated on December 17, 2010. As explained in the pro forma assignment application, the parties inadvertently failed to file an application for consent to assign the earth station license prior to the pro forma transaction in which Pathfire, which was a wholly owned subsidiary of Digital Generation, merged with and into Digital Generation.
