(“Digital Generation”), formerly DG FastChannel, Inc.,1 hereby notifies the Commission of the consummation of the above-referenced pro forma assignment of the earth station license, Call Sign E980336, from Pathfire, Inc. (“Pathfire”) to Digital Generation. The Commission granted consent to this license assignment on December 12, 2011.2 The transaction was consummated on December 17, 2010. As explained in the pro forma assignment application, the parties inadvertently failed to file an application for consent to assign the earth station license prior to the pro forma transaction in which Pathfire, which was a wholly owned subsidiary of Digital Generation, merged with and into Digital Generation. If you have any questions, please contact the undersigned. 1 Concurrently with this filing, DG FastChannel today is providing separate notice to the Commission that DG FastChannel, Inc. was renamed Digital Generation, Inc. and is requesting that the Commission update its records accordingly. 2 Public Notice, Satellite Communications Service Information regarding Actions Taken, Report No. SES-01406 (IB rel.
