FCC Form 312 Exhibit F July 2011 Page 1 of 1 Description of the Transaction and Public Interest Statement WFRV and WJMN Television Station, Inc. (“WWTSI”) holds the registration for Receive-Only Earth Station E7587. WWTSI operated Receive-Only Earth Station E7587 in connection with the broadcast television operations of full power stations WFRV-TV, Green Bay, WI (Fac. Id. No. 9635) and WJMN-TV, Escanaba, MI (Fac. Id. No. 9630). On July 1, 2011, WWTSI completed its sale of stations WFRV-TV and WJMN-TV to Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc. (“Nexstar”) pursuant to Commission consent. See BALCT-20110407ACF. WWTSI and Nexstar hereby notify the Commission that, as a part of the transaction, WWTSI has assigned the registration of Receive-Only Earth Station E7587 to Nexstar as of July 1, 2011. The assignment of E7587 to Nexstar enables Nexstar to continue providing the same level of service to the Green Bay and Escanaba communities and thus serves the public interest, convenience and necessity.
