SES-ASG-20101203-01501, SES- ASG-20101206-01502, SES-T/C-20101203-01503, SES-ASG-20101203- 01504, SES-ASG-20101206-01512, SAT-ASG-20101203-00251, SAT- ASG-20101203-00252, SAT-T/C-20101203-00253, SAT-T/C-20101203- 00254, and 0004520968 Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat License LLC and Intelsat New Dawn Company, Ltd (collectively, “Intelsat”), by counsel and pursuant to Sections 25.119(f) and 1.948(d) of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission (“Commission”),1 hereby notify the Commission that the pro forma assignment and transfer of control of the licenses held by Intelsat LLC, Intelsat North America LLC, PanAmSat Licensee Corp., PanAmSat H-2 Licensee Corp., and Intelsat New Dawn Company, Ltd. as part of a comprehensive internal corporate reorganization was consummated on January 12, 2011. Intelsat also notifies the Commission that “Intelsat North America LLC” has changed its corporate name to “Intelsat License LLC.” On December 3, 2010, Intelsat filed applications seeking FCC consent for a pro forma assignment and transfer of control of all Intelsat licenses as part of a comprehensive internal corporate reorganization. As explained in these applications, as part of this reorganization, the entity formerly known as Intelsat North America LLC was renamed Intelsat License LLC. This name change did not alter the company’s taxpayer identification number (TIN) or FCC Registration Number (FRN). All of the licenses held by Intelsat LLC, Intelsat North America LLC, PanAmSat Licensee Corp., and PanAmSat H-2 Licensee Corp. are now held by the licensee named Intelsat License LLC. 1 47 C.F.R. §§ 25.119(f) and 1.948(d).
