The FCC granted a conditional consent in SES—ASG—20070904— 01225. In our phone conversation today, you indicated that your records show this transaction was never consummated. Also, I noticed that the license still shows up in the data base under Megastar, Inc. The license should remain in Megastar‘s name. Prior to the application for consent in 2007, Engedi signed a lease purchase option with Megastar, Inc. However, their lease has expired and they have been evicted. They never completed the planned purchase of the facility. This letter is to update your records to indicate that the transfer of license KD75 to Engedi should not be consumated and KD75 should stay in Megastar, Inc.‘s name. Thanks for your help.
