("SGR"), by its attorneys, files this letter pursuant to Section 1.65 of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission ("FCC")‘ to provide additional information relevant to the above—captioned application for an assignment of various earth station licenses from Autotote Communications Services, Inc. ("Autotote") to SGR. Specifically, as explained below, SGR provides information in response to Question A20 and requests deletion of one call sign from the original application and the correction of one call sign containing a typographical error. SGR‘s original assignment application indicated that the answer to Question A20, asking whether SGR was directly or indirectly controlled by another entity, was "No." With this letter, SGR requests that the response to Question A20 be changed to reflect an answer of "Yes." Enclosed please find Exhibit E, which includes a statement and organizational chart reflecting those entities that directly or indirectly control SGR, and the nature and extent of this control. Additionally, subsequent to the filing of this assignment application, the earth station associated with call sign E910164 was sold to Remote Manage, Inc. Consequently, this call sign should no longer be included in this assignment application. Also, the original assignment application contained a typographical error regarding the correct call signs that were to be assigned from Autotote to SGR. Call sign E9361 should be changed to reflect the correct call sign, E6391. } 47 C.F.R. § 1.65.
