SES—LIC—20150402— 00188 SES—AMD—20150910—00577 Dear Ms. Dortch: Pursuant to Section 25.173 of the Commission‘s rules, Inmarsat Inc. (€/k/a Inmarsat Mobile Networks, Inc.) ("Inmarsat") hereby notifies the Commission that the Inmarsat—5 F3 satellite authorized by the above—referenced market access grant has successfully completed in— orbit testing and has been placed into operation at the 179.6° E.L. orbital location. The space station‘s measured performance is consistent with the above—referenced market access authorization, and the space station is capable of serving the United States using the frequencies authorized therein. Pursuant to Section 25.172 of the Commission‘s rules, Inmarsat provides the following information for Inmarsat—5 F3 regarding space station control arrangements: 1.
