Amendment E110048 SES-LIC-20110328-00379 Description of Amendment ViaSat files this minor amendment to correct and clarify certain information contained in the above-referenced application for authority to operate a Ka-band gateway antenna. This amendment includes the following changes: 1. The network operations center that will serve as the control point for the proposed antenna has been relocated to a different address and has a new telephone number. 2. The “Permitted List” has been removed as a satellite point of communication. 3. The description of service provided over each service link carrier has been revised to state that the carrier is used for PSK digital data services. 4. The antenna gain for 29.5 GHz has been added. 5. The Exhibit A narrative has been amended to remove the reference to TT&C as an intended use of this antenna. The proposed antenna will be used only for gateway operations. All other information remains the same. DC\1441048.1$
