SES-AMD-20081210-01590; SAT-AMD-20081210-00228; SAT-AMD-20081210-00229 Dear Ms. Dortch: SkyTerra Subsidiary LLC (“SkyTerra”) hereby files this erratum to correct a typographical error in Exhibit A of the above-referenced applications, listing the frequency bands of SkyTerra’s ATC authorization. The Exhibit, as corrected, should include the 1646.5-1660.5 MHz frequency band and not the 1646.5-1600.5 MHz frequency band, as indicated in the original Exhibit. For the convenience of the Commission, SkyTerra is attaching the corrected Exhibit A in its entirety and requests that the Commission replace the originally filed Exhibit A with the corrected version. Additionally, with respect solely to File No. SAT-AMD-20081210-00229, SkyTerra is submitting a corrected narrative description and cover letter explaining the reasons for the correction. See Letter from Bruce D. Jacobs to Marlene H. Dortch (December 11, 2008). As a result of an error, SkyTerra submitted the corrected narrative description and cover letter in an incorrect proceeding, File No. SAT-AMD- 20081210-00227.
