EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation seeks to amend its earth station application to incorporate a revised frequency coordination report, which reflects updated emissions designators. No other changes are made to the original application. 10

The applicant certifies that grant of this application would not cause the applicant to be in violation of the spectrum aggregation limit in 47 CFR Part 20.
